Happy Birthday to First Tween Sasha Obama! She turns 9 years old today. It's also the last day of school for her (she attends Sidwell Friends School) - two reasons to celebrate!
No word as yet on her birthday plans, but last year's birthday was celebrated on the Harry Potter movie set in London. It's hard to top that, but there are certainly a ton of places in DC to celebrate a tween birthday (the Spy Museum, Bach2Rock, and the new Serendipity opening in Georgetown come immediately to mind).
